I'm the one you want !

Hello Everyone ! I've started this blog in hopes that you will show your support for me to host Evanston Today LIVE !!! The opportunity is unique and the competition is fierce !

Here's some important information about myself including my qualifiactions:

I'm currently attending Columbia College, completing my last year for my broadcast/journalism degree.
I'm a former freelance writer who has a strong investigative background, a data junkie who can analyze, and someone who can quickly get to the heart of the matter.

I'm formerly Pam Zekman's intern at CBS 2. Only the best are chosen to work with her! Pam heads the investigative unit and is a multiple Pultizer Prize winner. Much of are focus was consumer fraud, political corruption, legislation and policy change.

Prior to Pam I freelanced for numerous independent and non-for-profit companies. My primary focus with these companies was social economic change both internationally as well as locally.

I am also in the process of starting a investigative reporting agency called For Your Awareness. A non-for-profit organization that would work on consumer fraud issues, cold case investigations, along with international beats.

Please leave comments supporting me. You can also follow me on twitter and join my facebook group.
The Best to All of You-
Anita

  2. Anita served as an excellent writer for our PR staff at MarketPlace Handwork of India (www.marketplaceindia.com). I could always count on Anita to provide well-written, relevant, and effective press reports to draw publicity in public and professional and media related arenas. She is articulate, intelligent, creative, passionate, yet objective. Her reassuring and sypmathetic voice can instantly connect to the heart of any adversity or happening, while being mindful of the intricate layers of issues at stake. Anita is also one of the most people-driven people I have ever met!
